Terms & Conditions
1. Online Payment via Debit card, Credit Card & net banking only.
2. Gift vouchers is not acceptable for Online/App order.
3. Self-Collection is available from 11:00am to 22:00 hrs.
4. Order is only confirmed when payment is duly received. You will receive an in-app notification for your confirmed order.
5. No amendments are allowed after order is completed.
6. Special requests by the customers would not be guaranteed and would be up-to the management's discretion to full fill.
7. Cancellation and Termination will not entertained once the order is ready/made.
8. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice/information to the customer.
9. The price of the Products and our delivery charges, if any, will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
10. Product prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
11. If you are not home when a delivery arrives, our delivery person will leave the package for you at your door.
12. If you would prefer that someone have to sign for the delivery, please let us know the specific instructions. In such cases, if you, your doorman, your neighbour, or your alternate receiver is not present at the time of delivery, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule the delivery (in which case there may be a redelivery fee). If we are unable to reschedule the order for any reason, the order will be cancelled and you will be charged the applicable fee for the order and the redelivery fee.
13. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges (if any)
